đź’ˇ What is Ultimate Pool League?
Ultimate Pool League is a nationwide amateur pool league built for players of all skill levels — from casual shooters to hardcore competitors.
Founded in 2020, UPL is designed to make league nights faster, fairer, and more rewarding. With unique features like timed matches, skill-based ratings, and real cash prizes, it's quickly becoming one of the most exciting league formats in the country.
Whether you’re a long-time league player or someone who just loves the game and wants to get more involved, Ultimate Pool League (UPL) is the fresh, modern league experience you’ve been waiting for. This isn’t just another league — it’s a nationwide movement bringing pool into a new era.
Here’s everything you need to know to get started.
🎯 What Makes It Different?
âś… Fast-Paced Matches -Â Each match runs on a 30-minute match clock and 30-second shot clock, so games move quickly and nights stay on schedule. No more 4-hour slogs.
✅ UPscore System - UPscore is UPL’s custom skill rating system that tracks your performance over time. It’s used to create fair matchups, prevent sandbagging, and help players improve.
âś… Real Stakes - Every session leads to National Grand Finals, where qualified teams compete for a $100,000 total prize pool. Winning teams receive a $3,500 travel + jersey package and compete on the biggest amateur stage in U.S. pool.
✅ Flexible + Social - Whether you’re super competitive or just love a night out with friends, UPL is built for both. It’s about the game and the people you share it with.
